Several months ago I fell in love with a knit top by the GAP, soft peach and grey stripes with button detailing down the back. My only hesitation with it has always been the size, I think it was an extra small, which I could pass with and no one would make a remark. But I always wished it was bigger and less tight. Earlier this week as I was sifting through the knit tops at Value Village this very familiar sweater popped out at me from within the rack. In excellent condition and size medium!
Today’s outfit was a blend of school girl meets tennis player! Or as I described it this morning: its GAP meets Le Chateau with a dash of Streetwear Society! Combining a variety of cute matching tops and my one of a kind redesigned skirt, this looks is both professional but stylish at the same time. What’s nice about having such a monochromatic outfit is the ability to dress it up with bling – like these adorable bracelets I picked up a few months ago from The Revolving Door.
